Manual Centering Heads Sizes : 10-12 to 130-150

Manual centering heads designed to minimize starting times as well as the time of change of guide and die.

Mechanical Characteristics

Made of Nitride steel or Hastelloy for fluorinated materials.
Distributor with optimal distribution “easy flow”.
Skin cap with cylindrical distributor.
Manual or hydraulic bleed screws.

Self-Centering Heads For Big Diameters Sizes : upto 80-100

Self-centering head designed to minimize line start time, reduce scrap and increase concentricity

Mechanical Characteristics

Self-centering head.
Head body and accessories made of Nitrided steel.
Head with double distributor for the two internal layers and by means of a bushing for the external layer.
Mounting by guide, hybrid and swath, with adjustment of the position of the guide, hybrid of fixed position and adjustable swath position.
Heating resistors and thermocouple sockets.
Easy to change the tooling on the front.
Head of reduced dimensions facilitating the use and maintenance operations.

Triple Extrusion Head Size : 4/6 to 35/45mm
