Our Sioplas Triple Layer Extrusion Line, equipped with 80 mm, 120 mm, and 100 mm extruders, is designed to deliver high-performance MVCC (Medium Voltage Crosslinked Compound) cable production. The system is designed for XLPE/Sioplas insulation of wires and cables.
It consists of Pay-off, Triple Line Extruder, Caterpillar (Haul-off), and Take-up units.
The Pay-off unit feeds the conductor smoothly with controlled tension.
The Triple Line Extruder processes and applies insulation material with high precision.
The Caterpillar unit maintains constant speed and ensures stable cable pulling.
The Take-up unit winds the finished insulated cable neatly and efficiently.
